01A little context
In my own words
Curiosity · Numbers · Systems · Technology · Change
Born in the Lombardy plains of Northern Italy, I’ve always had a strong interest in numbers and the stories surrounding them. This led me, after attending a high-school program centered on economics and mathematics, to Bocconi University, where I will soon graduate with a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Technology and Innovation.

During my years at university, I have had plenty of opportunities to apply what I learned through internships, projects, and startup ventures. These experiences also took me beyond Italy: my academic and professional commitments have led me to live in Germany, Ireland, Malta, and Canada, exposing me to different cultures, working environments, and ways of approaching problems.

Professionally, I have deliberately explored different sides of how organizations work. I have worked on continuous improvement and data analysis in manufacturing, pricing and AI-enabled information systems in a global fashion company, and product development through my own startup venture. More recently, my interests have increasingly moved toward AI, analytics, and technology-enabled decision-making.
From February to July 2027, I will continue in this direction at the ION Management Science Lab, where I will work on agentic AI systems and decision-making while completing my thesis and bringing my Master’s studies to a close.
Across these experiences, I have been especially drawn to problems where the answer is not immediately obvious, where data can help make sense of uncertainty, and where technology can be used to build a better product, improve a process, or support a more informed decision.
This is what has led me to become particularly interested in the intersection of technology, strategy, and analytics. I enjoy understanding how a system works, identifying where there may be an opportunity to improve it, and translating analysis into something practical.
Looking forward, I hope to continue developing this ability in ambitious, fast-moving environments where change happens quickly and uncertainty is part of the challenge. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to work across disciplines, combine analytical thinking with technological curiosity, and contribute to deciding what should be built, improved, or done differently.
